Grilled salmon in foil with veggies (not my picture) , salmon came out good but veggies didn’t cool evenly leading to a mix of raw and tender. Probably will cook salmon in its own foil next time.

I just finished dinner, it’s 8pm here. It was the best risotto I’ve ever had, chased with Poretti Lager which I think is my new favorite beer. This is where I am today:

o i’m sure it is. Everything in Paris was on a whole other level.
The last time my wife made chicken parm, she made her own sauce too and that was pretty damn good.
